How to configure AWS Cloudfront on WordPress

If you run a wordpress site, one of the most cost effective ways to improve performance is to enable Amazon Cloudfront on WordPress. AWS is not always easy to use, and needs permissions to be set up appropriately for this to work.  I use the W3 Total Cache plugin for this and found this tutorial online that clearly describes how to do it.
